As a practicing physician in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine, I realized long ago that the successful treatment of chronic illnesses cannot rely on drugs alone. The only effective way to achieve long lasting, effective results comes from an integrative healing approach including traditional medicine, complementary and holistic therapies, mind-body, clean healthy eating, all natural vitamins, supplements and minerals and the list goes on and on. The unique challenges that each of us face, must be looked at as a whole, not just at each symptom. The big picture needs to be looked at and a unique treatment plan considering all the available therapies should be considered. We have incorporated this philosophy of treating the WHOLE person, with no regard to healthcare system boundaries or beholden to any particular methodology. It is so rewarding for us to be able to partner with those on a journey to renewed vitality and health. It is never too late to begin to change your life! It’s a choice and you just need to make it. You can do it.
